14-day returns

You can return an item within 14 days of delivery if it is unworn, unwashed, uncut and unaltered, with the lace intact, all tags and the original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept hair that has been worn, washed, colored, cut or styled, wigs whose lace has been cut, opened care products, or items bought on final sale.

How to return

1. Email hello@mamahair.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We send you return instructions within 2 business days.
3. Ship the item back with tracking. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund it at no cost.
